Inside the app (local to your device only):
This data never leaves your device. We cannot see it. It is not transmitted to us or to anyone else. If you delete the app, this data is gone — unless it is part of your own device backup, which you control through iOS.
Notifications (reminders):
If you turn on reminders, the app schedules local notifications directly on your device. iOS asks for your permission first. These are not push notifications from a server — there is no server. You can revoke the permission at any time in your iOS settings.
No tracking, no analytics:
The app contains no ad networks, no analytics services, and no social media integrations. It uses no identifiers to recognize you across apps or websites.
If you subscribe to Atemraum Plus, the purchase runs through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple, acting as an independent controller, processes your Apple ID, payment, and billing data. We receive no names, addresses, or payment details from Apple. The app only checks locally, through the operating system, whether a valid subscription exists.

In connection with the App Store, Apple provides us with aggregated statistics (for example, download counts). These statistics contain nothing that would let us identify an individual person.
Where the GDPR applies to us:
Because the app's data never leaves your device, we carry out practically no processing of personal data. We keep no user database.
For persons in Switzerland, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies. Everything in this policy holds equally under the FADP.
Under the GDPR (Art. 15–21) and the FADP, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection.
Honestly: because we store no user data, there is usually nothing we could disclose or delete. You delete your local app data yourself by deleting the app. For data from the purchase process, please contact Apple. You are still welcome to write to us at hallo@atemraum.app — we will answer and help.
Right to lodge a complaint: You can complain to a data protection supervisory authority — for example, the authority of your country of residence. In Switzerland, the competent authority is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC): https://www.edoeb.admin.ch
Your app data lives in the app's protected storage area on your device and is covered by iOS security mechanisms (including device encryption when you have set a passcode). Because there is no server backend for user data, there is no server on our side from which this data could be stolen. Nobody can promise absolute security; we keep the attack surface as small as technically possible: no accounts, no transmission, no cloud storage by us.
The app is not directed at children. It collects no data from children either — for the same reason as above: no data is transmitted to us.
If the app or the legal situation changes, we will update this policy. You will always find the current version in the app and at atemraum.app. If anything material changes — for example, if a new feature transmits data for the first time — we will point it out in the app.
